Disney on Ice

I got to take Aubree to "Dare to Dream" last weekend! This was the first big show she's ever been to, other than the movies once with Daddy, so she was pretty excited! (Jada got to go have fun at the Children's Museum with Daddy, so she didn't get a totally bum deal!) Here are some pics of our little Mommy/Daughter date!
Little Rapunzel!
Look we were actually on time!
Showing off her new Rapunzel hair!
This was a "kissing face" she told me!

(Not sure about this lighting. My hair does not usually look this color.
I promise I have not gone and put orange highlights in!)
You might be able to tell she was in a pretty good mood!
This is how she watched the majority of the show, looking pretty on the edge of her seat. Okay, I admit it, I cried a little bit, but look at her and imagine sappy, happy Disney music blaring... you get the picture!
Our favorite was Maximus, the horse,

oh, and Cinderella's carriage...

oh, and we liked Rapunzel's tower
and Cinderella's sisters made us laugh with their bad singing and "dancing." We pretty much loved it all! Super fun times!

I wore her out though, she decided to lay down in middle of the concourse while we trying to leave and about got us both trampled while I tried to gather up her and all of her "floofiness"
Ha ha! I didn't dare take a picture of that!

PJs, Princess Dresses, Raincoats and Silliness

Aubree getting ready for Disney on Ice and Jada getting ready for the Children's Museum!
I'd like to say, they are always this nice to each other.
Kind of a blast from the past, Aubree and Catrece watching movies on her couch.
They love each other!
More couch potatoes, "Popcorn Movie Night" with Daddy.
This girl is ALL girl!

Sporting her crown from Sunday school.
Jada's Halloween costume gets some use in December!

Some pictures have no explanation.

Love this big twinkley-eyed smile

"Yo, Yo all my gangstas in the house!"

It was a raincoat kind of day in our house this day... not sure why.

Jada does this all by herself! I guess she knows how to get a laugh!

Jada can be a princess, too!

She can also be a little wild woman coloring on herself with markers!
Life is good around here! Love these kids!

Haps

Grandpa sharing his ice cream with Aubree at Mr. Happy Burger! Love this picture!

The Happy Trolley... I totally loved eating in the trolley when I was a kid!

This brings back fun memories for me!

Christmas Morning at our House

What Santa brought us. We didn't take a lot of pictures on Christmas morning. I was having too much fun watching them excitedly open their gifts. He came here a day early, so we could spend all day playing and relaxing!
Opening stockings.
Snap-n-style dolls.
Eating lollipops for breakfast. They couldn't wait!
I think they are enjoying their new doll house. Aubree keeps telling people that Santa brought her an "even bigger doll house than what she asked for!"

Christmas Festivities

So it's only taken me an entire month to get some Christmas pictures on here! We've been too busy playing with our new toys!

Jada helping Nicolas open his birthday presents. Can't believe he is already two!
That means my baby is almost two, too! Yikes!
Digging into Christmas presents with Jada!

Aubree reading her new Pinkalicious book! She's so excited that it's not a library book and that she gets to keep it!

Jada-bug, not sure what this look is, but I'm guessing trouble!

Aubree in her own little world playing with her new kitty keyboard while the rest of the girls are opening gifts.

Here's some from Christmas in Logansport:

A new Christmas tradition? The Christmas Chicken Fight!

Grandpa Doug, in his element, playing with the kids' toys

No words for this! Let the good times roll!
Aubree looks like she's ready to fall asleep up there!

Christmas at AuntGrace's.... not sure why I only took pictures of these goofballs!

Our tree (um... obviously!)

Little Christmas doll!

MOPS Christmas program... she did great! No tears! She found me and smiled great big. She kept looking over while they were singing to make sure I was watching her. So cute! Jada was still too little this year!

Aubree's preschool program! She was this happy all the way through it. Pretty cool considering the cold she was fighting this whole week!
Both girls were cool with Santa this year! Hooray! Aubree even told him what she's like for him to bring (a doll house, and some dolls to live in it.) Jada-- in typical Jada fashion-- just took it all in stride and seemed to find nothing strange about being plopped on a bearded man's lap.
